Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data the Ultra Supplies website collects and what we do with it. Ultra Supplies is at 1 Queensway, Queensway Shopping Centre, Singapore 149053.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your organisation, if you give it
  • the service you’re interested in, the date you need it (if you give one) and the details of your job
  • that you agreed to us using these details to reply

If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we receive whatever you send us, and use it in the same way.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and handle any order that follows.

Who handles it

Our staff. The form does not store your details on this website. It sends them to our sales team as an email, delivered by Resend (an email delivery service) to our mailbox on Google Workspace. This website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process your details outside Singapore.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Enquiries that lead to an order are kept with our order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.

Your NRIC

We never ask for your NRIC number or a copy of your NRIC.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@ultrasupplies.com.sg.

If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue with your enquiry or order.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, and it does not load scripts from other companies. Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical information such as your IP address so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. The enquiry form also uses your IP address briefly, in memory only, to stop repeated submissions.

Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

If we change this notice, we’ll update this page.
